Residential Inspections Sample Report – Here is a sample report for a residential property inspected by one of our Professional Engineers. Note that the report provides a detailed description of the property inspected, including our findings, repair recommendations, digital photography, etc. This report format (as opposed to the typical “check list” or generalized boilerplate house manual offered by home inspection firms) equips our clients with a more detailed analysis of the property they are purchasing.

For example, the purchaser of this property was concerned mainly about the overall structure, mechanical systems, and the roof. They were less concerned about the condition of each apartment. As a result, not every apartment was entered. We examined the structure, the mechanical systems, the grounds, a random sampling of apartments, etc. We also subcontracted a heating specialist and a roof specialist to provide detailed analysis of these components.
